St. Catharines man facing child pornography charges

A St. Catharines man has been charged with possession and distribution of child pornography, police say.

On Wednesday, police executed a search warrant on a residence in the west end of St. Catharines.

As a result, 37-year-old Timothy Francis Dwyer was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of distribution of child pornography.

Dwyer attended a bail hearing on Friday at the Robert S. K. Welch Courthouse in St. Catharines.
