Niagara Regional Police arrested a 65-year-old Welland man on multiple alleged trafficking-related charges on Monday.

Luciano Dicato is charged with possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking; ossession heroin for the purpose of trafficking; possession methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking; possession of cocaine; possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000.

Police seized about $1,500 worth of drugs, various “trafficking indicators” and a quantity of Canadian currency.
